My Journey
While in college and grad school, I worked in as a clinical researcher for 6 years looking at the impact of nutrition on healthy aging.
I truly started to fall in love with the science of nutrition, but I still felt confused by all of the information out there on the internet…
And even as someone involved in nutrition research at the time, I still had a hard time sorting it out what was true and what was hype.
After several failed attempts to improve my health with low-carb lifestyles as fad diets, I started to pay close attention to the simple theme that my own research was teaching me:
A plant-forward eating pattern gives us our best long-term health, healthiest weight and most vibrant energy.
After embracing this lifestyle 8 years ago, I never looked back! And it all became even more important as I stepped into my role as a mom.
Now through my courses and coaching, I guide my clients with an individualized approach that helps them feel good NOW, and achieve lasting health and confidence in plant-forward nutrition.
