Hi, I’m Hannah!

I’m a plant-forward dietitian, mom of two little ones, and former clinical nutrition researcher passionate about helping other moms feel energized, well-fed, and confident in their bodies.

I hold a B.A. in Integrative Physiology with a Certificate in Neuroscience from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and a Master’s in Food Science and Human Nutrition from Colorado State University. I’m also a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over six years of experience in clinical nutrition research, where I focused on sustainable weight management and long-term health outcomes like heart health and longevity.

These days, I specialize in helping families create realistic, flexible plant-forward routines that fuel both short-term energy and long-term health.

I live in Colorado with my husband Schuyler and our two kids (both under three!), where you’ll usually find me cooking with garden herbs, running on mountain trails, chasing a toddler and baby in opposite directions, or plotting how to squeeze even more veggies in our poor overflowing garden beds in a suburban backyard.

my story

I’ve spent years studying the science of nutrition–first in college and grad school, then as a clinical researcher focused on how what we eat impacts healthy aging. But even with all that knowledge, I still felt confused and overwhelmed by the conflicting advice online. Like many women, I tried low-carb and fad diets in hopes of feeling better, but they left me exhausted and frustrated. It wasn’t until I started noticing a consistent theme in the research (my own included) that things clicked: a plant-forward eating pattern supports vibrant energy, a healthy weight, and long-term well-being.

Once I embraced a plant-forward approach nearly a decade ago, I never looked back.

But after my daughter was born, my world shifted again—and my nutrition fell apart. Caring for a tiny human made it hard to take care of myself and fuel my body with the plant-based meals it needed to thrive.

Through plenty of trial and error (and many takeout nights), I developed a system that allowed me to nourish myself in a way that’s both sustainable and family-friendly.

Now, through my courses and coaching, I help busy moms cut through the noise, feel confident in their choices, and build realistic plant-forward routines that support their energy, health, and create a calmer home. When moms thrive, families thrive. And motherhood feels much easier when simple systems are in place to keep us well-fed and supported. I’m so glad you’re here!
