Method
- Combine all ingredients in your slow cooker before bed.
- Set to low and cook for 7 hours overnight.
- In the morning, stir well. Add a splash of extra milk to thin, if needed, and swirl in butter or walnut oil for richness.
- Scoop into bowls and top with your favorite add-ins (nut butter, chopped nuts, extra fruit, or a dollop of yogurt).
