No-Bake Coconut Chocolate Hazelnut Energy Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • Optional for topping: melted chocolate chips, extra shredded coconut

Method
 

  1. Mix the base – In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chocolate hazelnut spread, maple syrup, shredded coconut, flax seeds, chia seeds (if using), and melted coconut oil. Stir until everything is fully combined and the mixture is sticky.
  2. Shape into bites – Roll the mixture into ~1-inch balls (about 16 total) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet or plate.
  3. Add toppings (optional) – Drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with extra shredded coconut for an extra treat.
  4. Chill – Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
